Phase 2 Investment Round

Investors & Strategic Partners

Gundana Farma is raising USD 50,000 in exchange for 25% equity to unlock Phase 2 of our development plan – transitioning from seed-stage foundations to cash-generating operations and scalable orchards.

The Opportunity

Phase 2 capital will finance the first 10 hectares of commercial Litchi orchards, 4,000 broilers per month, a 100-head goat herd, 5 hectares of vegetables, key grain and oilseed crops, and the expansion of solar-powered irrigation to 10–15 hectares.

Investment Terms

• Capital sought: USD 50,000
• Equity offered: 25%

Founders have already invested USD 50,000 in land, irrigation and early infrastructure, significantly de-risking your entry point.

Use of Funds

  • Establish 10 ha of Litchi orchards.
  • Build poultry capacity for 4,000 broilers per month.
  • Launch 100-head goat herd.
  • Plant maize, beans, soybeans and sunflower for both market and in-house feed.
  • Expand solar-powered irrigation and operational teams.

Return Profile (Indicative)

Based on comparable Southern African agribusiness benchmarks, indicative annual investor return projections are:

• Year 1: 8–12%
• Year 2: 12–18%
• Year 3: 18–25%
• Years 4–7: 30–45%
• Years 7–10: 50%+ during peak orchard production

These figures are non-binding estimates and assume reinvestment of early profits into orchard expansion and value addition.
